The box showed up in great shape, which was better than some other packages I’ve gotten lately. Everything was packed well, and I didn’t see any dents or leaks.

Well... the order was mostly fine, but one of the flavors I asked for was missing

I picked this up as a summer gift, i was happy with my choice. They really liked it, which made me feel like I nailed the gift without overthinking it.

I’ll say this: the syrups were fine, not amazing, but definitely drinkable. I tried a couple and was like, okay, these work. The machine, though, kind of threw me off. It does the job, but it has that lightweight, plasticky feel that makes you wonder how long it’ll last. Overall, not terrible, just not something I’d call top quality

These syrups taste really good to me, like actual fruit flavor and not that weird fake candy stuff. Kind of reminded me of the shave ice I had in Maui a while back. I’m really happy with it.

I had a question about my order and expected it to turn into a whole dramatic saga, but they got back to me really fast. They were super easy to deal with and fixed the issue like it was no big deal. I may have been overly thrilled about it, but good customer service really does feel like a miracle sometimes

When my order first showed up, I immediately noticed one of the syrups was missing, so my first impression wasn’t great. I reached out to support though, and they got back to me quickly and sent the missing one out. It wasn’t a perfect experience, but I appreciated how they handled it.

We used it for my daughter's birthday party, everyone just kept going back for more. It was, like, super easy to set up, which was a huge relief, and it really did make the whole backyard party feel way more fun

I ordered this shaved ice machine and used the setup sheet from the website to put it together. Overall, I thought the directions were easy to follow, and the pictures made a bigger difference than I expected. I had it assembled fairly quickly.
The only part that tripped me up was adjusting the blade. In my opinion, that section could be explained a little better because I had to read it a couple times and run a few test cubes before the ice came out light and fluffy instead of kind of chunky.
Once I got that figured out, the machine worked well. Cleanup was simple too, which I appreciated. I’d give it 4 stars because the instructions could use a bit more detail, but I’m still happy with the purchase overall

So... I ordered some shaved ice syrup and cups, the box got here quicker than I thought it would. I think it only took a few days, which was perfect because we needed everything for the weekend.

The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the tracking didn’t really update much at first, so I wasn’t totally sure when it was coming. But the delivery ended up being fast, and everything arrived in good shape.

I’ve been using this machine a ton for the past few months, and it’s still running just fine. Based on this one, I’d say these are built tough and can handle regular use without any issues.

The site was easy to use, and I found what I needed quickly. Checkout was simple too. Overall, it was a smooth experience.

The using part is fine, but cleaning it after is where annoying it gets. Takes way longer than I expected, and by the end I’m just kind of over it.

The kit showed up with pretty much everything we needed, including the little extras I probably would’ve forgotten to buy. We got it set up quickly and were making shaved ice the same day. I was really happy with how complete it was, and I already told a friend they should check it out too.

The shaved ice flavors tasted really fresh when they first showed up, and I didn’t notice any weird aftertaste or anything. Just a heads up though, once you open them, they may not stay good as long as you’d expect. One of the bottles started tasting kind of flat after a little while. It’s not terrible, but I’d definitely recommend using them up fast after opening.

The prices were fair, and even with shipping added on, it still felt worth it to me (which isn’t always the case). Overall, I’m happy with what I paid

I ordered a shaved ice machine part last week, but once it arrived I realized it wasn’t the right fit for what I needed. I started the return the next day, and they got back to me within a couple of days with the instructions. After I shipped it back, the refund came through once they received the item. It wasn’t instant, but everything was straightforward and I didn’t run into any major issues. I’d feel fine ordering from them again.

It was okay. I was hoping for more flavor options. A few were already out of stock. Kind of disappointing, but not terrible

This was my second time ordering from Hawaiian Shaved Ice, and once again everything showed up just fine. I probably didn’t need to order more syrup already, but the kids kept asking for shaved ice, so I gave in. The flavors taste good, shipping was decent, and they’ve pretty much been using it all weekend. i don’t really have anything to complain about.

I was surprised by how soft and fluffy the ice came out. It’s super fine, not crunchy at all, and it really does feel like snow (in the best way). It also holds syrup really well, so every bite actually has flavor instead of just being watery ice
